When a customer's address change makes Shopify recalculate tax or duties, the customer now sees
what they owe or are owed right next to the "Address updated" message, in their own language. If
more is owed, the order stays held until it is paid, and you are told if it is not. If the customer
is owed a refund, the order is tagged in Shopify and your Ledger tells you to issue it; once you
do, the tag and the Ledger entry clear on their own, usually within a day.
