# Address validation engine

Tacey began as a single-purpose address validator, three decisions (PASS, AUTO-RESOLVE, FLAG) per Shopify order. The foundation for everything above.

Webhook-first architecture: Tacey listens on `orders/create` and acts at the webhook layer, no checkout UI changes, no customer friction at purchase. This is by design and stays that way.
