Customers can type a message on their order page and it is emailed straight to you, with their own
address as the reply-to, so you can simply hit reply. The email includes their name, the order
total, the items and a link to the order in your admin. You can send the customer a copy, add extra
staff inboxes and set your own subject line. If the tool's own destination is not set, messages go
to your Customer support email instead of failing, and repeated messages about the same order are
limited to prevent abuse. The confirmation a customer sees only appears once the email has really
been accepted for delivery, and the default reply speaks as your store.
