A new Combine Duplicate Orders setting, off by default, combines the fulfilment of two orders from
the same customer, to the same address, placed within a window you set, into one parcel. The orders
themselves stay separate. You see the shipping Shopify would refund and nothing is refunded until you
confirm it; the customer gets a short email once it goes through. Every detected pair, combined,
refused or pending, is listed with the reason.
