# Customer reply addresses, fixed

Replies to address-fix emails now reliably reach you, the merchant, never our support team by mistake.

Previously a small percentage of replies on one email type were misrouted; now the entire customer-email surface routes back to your inbox of choice (the address you set in Settings → Notifications).
