# Multi-provider AI router

Behind the scenes, Tacey now uses a multi-provider AI ladder for every reasoning call. If the primary provider has a slow night, requests automatically fall through to alternates.

Result: more reliable decisions even during AI provider outages. Your dashboard never knows the difference.
