# One payment is counted once when a customer adds to an order twice

If a customer makes two changes that each add to the bill and then pays the whole balance once, Tacey
now counts that one payment once. Before, the same payment could be counted against both changes, so
Extra revenue from Tacey on Home showed more than Shopify received. For example, two unpaid changes of
$53.13 and $16.15 paid once at $69.28 now add $69.28, not $122.41. The older change is closed as made
with no money added, and the payment is not used a second time by the payment checks that run later.
If Tacey cannot read which payments it has already counted, it settles nothing on that pass and asks
again on the next one.
