# Refreshed welcome screen

The first thing you see after installing Tacey is now a proper introduction, 2-minute video, step-by-step explanation, and a tour of the 24+ tools. Pricing moved to the final step.

We heard from a few merchants that the old welcome jumped straight to plan pricing before showing any value, this fixes that. The new welcome flow walks through what Tacey reads, decides, and acts on automatically, plus the full Toolkit before you ever pick a plan.
