# Toolkit foundation

A new top-level 'Toolkit' section that hosts standalone bulk-action apps. Each card has its own settings tab, history tab, and enable/disable toggle.

Built to be a long-running home for new operator tools. Catalog Health and Discount Intelligence both ship inside the Toolkit container.
