The Ledger, your record of every change a customer makes, now describes each one in plain words,
such as "Shipping: Standard · $0.00 to Express · $15.00", instead of internal codes, and the whole
table fits on the page. Each entry records whether money actually moved and how much, an address
change lists only the fields that really changed, a refund that included import duties notes the
duty amounts, a customer's cancellation reason appears on its entry, and a refund or charge that
Shopify confirms later is settled automatically overnight.
