Tacey adds a "Make changes to your order" block to Shopify's own thank-you and order status pages,
where customers use the tools you switch on. Its buttons follow your store's own style, line up in
one column and work on the first tap, and a countdown shows how long is left to make changes. A
cancelled order refuses every tool and says why, and a customer whose order still cannot be opened
after several tries is told to reply to their order confirmation email for help.
