# Shopify Integrations: Klaviyo, Slack & Sidekick

Address checks, edits, merges and upsells are built into Tacey, not stitched together through connectors. Where other tools need to know what changed, Tacey hands them the same record it writes for the merchant. Tacey does not publish an integration count.

## Built in, not connected

- **Shop and Shopify admin**: The order page and the admin are where all of this happens. Nothing to install beyond the app.
- **Klaviyo**: Address corrected, order edited, offer taken. Each one an event to build a flow on.
- **Shopify Sidekick**: Ask Shopify's own assistant to hold a fulfillment or change a rule. It shows what it is about to do before anything happens. See /sidekick.
- **Recharge**: Subscription orders are recognised and left alone. Tacey does not edit what it does not own.
- **Google Analytics**: Edits and offers as events, so post-purchase behaviour is measurable rather than assumed.
- **Slack**: One message when an edit was never acknowledged downstream.
- **Google Sheets**: The record, exported on a schedule, for reconciliation already done in a spreadsheet.
- **Google Drive**: A monthly copy of the record, filed where a finance folder already lives.
- **Meta**: Post-purchase conversions passed back, including ones added after checkout.

## Two lanes, one order

There is no way to stop a fulfillment system from picking an order the moment it is ready, so Tacey does not try. The order is simply not marked ready until editing is over: no integration for a fulfillment team to install, no new software in the warehouse. A customer can change an order with two minutes left on the clock and nothing ships wrong.

## The deepest integration is the one already in the admin

Tacey answers inside Shopify's own Sidekick assistant: ask it to edit an order, change the rules, or pull last month's numbers, and it shows exactly what it is about to do before anything happens. See /sidekick.
