Cancel order: reasons you choose, recorded in Shopify

Customers can cancel an order themselves within your edit window. You can give them a list of reasons to pick from, one per line in the Cancel order tool, and "Other" is always offered with a box for their own words. The reason they pick appears on the order's timeline in your Shopify admin and on your Ledger. Customers see the refund warning before they cancel, and are told a refund is on its way only when one really went out.
