PRE-FULFILLMENT REMINDERS

Bring your customer back before the window closes.

A reminder goes out while there is still time to change something, timed to your processing window. Your customer clicks through, logs in, and everything they are allowed to change is right there.

Off until you turn it on. 14-day free trial on every plan.

Order #4471028Shopify shows its own summary here, and nothing of ours, until your customer is signed in.Log in to view all order detailsA code goes to the same email. Shopify's login, not a new account with us.

Three nudges, not a barrage.

The first reminder goes out a short while after the order is placed. If your customer has not acted, a second one follows later, if you turn it on. A third goes out only when the window is genuinely about to close, so the last message a customer gets is the one that matters most.

Order placedThe window opens and the address is checked.
First reminderSent a set number of minutes after the order is placed. Timing is yours to set.
Second reminderOptional, and off unless you switch it on. A later nudge for anyone who has not opened the first.
Final reminderSent a set number of hours before your window closes, so it never arrives after there is nothing left to change.
Every reminder links back to the same order. Nothing new to explain, nothing new to find.

They click, they log in, they are on their order.

The email links straight to your customer's own order on Shopify. The first thing they see is a quick, familiar login step, Shopify's own passwordless code sent to the same email, because that page carries real order details and Shopify protects it. Once they are in, everything they are allowed to change is right there, no separate account to create, no password to remember.

This is Shopify's login, not a new one we are asking your customer to set up.

We only email your customer if you have said we can.

Shopify requires merchant consent before an app contacts a customer directly. Turning on reminders means you have agreed to that, and every email carries your name, your order, and one purpose: helping your customer fix something before it is too late.

Off by default until you turn it on. Email only, and the sender is your store, not us.

If nothing happens, nothing happens to their order.

If the window closes with no response, the order simply proceeds as placed. A reminder is a chance to fix something, never a requirement to act, and never something that holds up fulfillment on its own.

Questions about reminders

All product questions →
Will this text or call my customer?
No. This product sends email only. Text and voice reminders are not part of it.
Does the customer need an account to act on a reminder?
They log in through Shopify's own passwordless flow, an emailed code, the first time they click through on that order. No separate account or password with us.
What if my customer never opens the reminder?
Nothing happens to the order because of it. The window closes on schedule and the order proceeds as placed.
Do I have to turn this on?
No. It is off until you enable it, and turning it on means you have agreed that we may email your customers directly, as Shopify requires.
Will the reminder look like it came from us?
No. It carries your store's name and details as the sender.

Install it, and bring your customers back while it still matters.
