How to use it
Validate one address

Paste the country, ZIP / postal code, street address, city, and state. Use the format the customer entered, not the cleaned-up version.

Merchant tips
What you'll catch using this tool
Apartment numbers in the wrong field (line 1 vs line 2). This is the #1 carrier-correction-fee trigger - the package usually delivers but the carrier charges $25.50 (FedEx) or up to $25 (UPS) for the format mismatch.
Street suffix mismatches: 'Street' vs 'St', 'Avenue' vs 'Ave', 'Court' vs 'Ct'. Carriers normalize these but bill the merchant for the correction.
Missing unit numbers in multi-unit buildings. The validator catches when an address resolves to a multi-unit building but no apartment / unit / suite was provided.
International postal-format mismatches. The validator covers 195 countries with country-specific format rules, including non-Latin script (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Arabic).
