Thirteen ways to fix an order. Not a roadmap, not a mockup.

Every card below is a real row your customer can see on their order right now, grouped the way you configure them: enable it in settings, decide the details, and it is live.

ADDRESS & CONTACTLive
Edit shipping addressWrong street, missing apartment number, whole address. Checked before it saves, not after the label prints.
ADDRESS & CONTACTLive
Edit contact informationA mistyped email means a missed delivery update. They fix their email or phone, and we tell them their receipt is moving too.
LINE ITEMSLive
Change a variantWrong size, wrong colour. The most common request after the address, and the price difference settles either way before they confirm.
LINE ITEMSLive
Increase the quantityOne more of something already in the order. Capped per line so a stray tap cannot multiply an order, and refused when stock will not cover it.
LINE ITEMSLive
Replace a productA different product entirely, not just another size. The difference is shown and settled in whichever direction it falls.
LINE ITEMSLive
Add a productSomething they forgot, added to the order they have already placed, so it ships in the same parcel instead of costing them a second delivery.
LINE ITEMSLive
Refund to store creditWhen they remove something, you can offer store credit instead of cash back, and a little more of it than the cash would have been.
LINE ITEMSLive
Remove or reduce an itemOnly on what has not shipped yet. They see the exact refund before confirming it, back to the card or to store credit, your setting.
MONEY OUTLive
Cancel orderThe whole order, refunded in full, with a reason on record if you want to know why.
DISCOUNTLive
Apply a discountForgot a code at checkout. If it is on your allowed list, they can still apply it and get the difference back.
CONVENIENCELive
Order note & gift messageA note for the warehouse or a line for the recipient. Not a commercial change, so it works even on orders nothing else can touch.
CONVENIENCELive
Download invoiceThe receipt, any time, even after the edit window closes. Emailed or linked, your call.
CONVENIENCELive
Contact supportOne link straight to you, for whatever does not fit the seven above. No API call, no scope, nothing that can misfire.

A row is never a guess. It is exactly one of four things.

Most order-editing apps show a button and hope it works. Every capability on this page shows one of four states, and never anything else: live, refused with the reason, done, or not offered at all.

LiveThe order qualifies and the capability is on. Your customer can use it right now.
Refused, with the reasonThe order itself will not allow it: a payment plan, a delivery method, an item already picked. We say exactly why, to them and to you.
DoneAlready used. The row shows what happened instead of offering it again.
Not offered at allYou turned it off, or it never applied to this order. Nothing renders, and nothing pretends a decision was made.

There is a difference between a capability you never turned on and one your customer's order does not qualify for. We only say “no” out loud when there was actually a decision to explain. Everything else simply is not there, the way a locked door is not the same as a decision to keep someone out of a room that was never built.

See the six reasons an entire order can be untouchable on the order editing page.

Every plan gets all thirteen. No feature is behind a higher tier.

Plans differ by how many orders you send through Tacey each month, never by which of these capabilities you get. Starter and High Volume run the identical product.

Questions about what's live

All product questions →
Do all thirteen show up on every order?
Only the ones you turn on, and only where the order qualifies. Turn any capability off store-wide, or let the order decide: some are refused automatically before your customer ever sees them.
Is this everything Tacey will ever do?
No. We add capabilities steadily, and each one goes live only once it passes the same safety bar as the thirteen above, never before.
When they remove an item, where does the refund go?
Back to the original payment method, or to store credit, whichever you set. It is your call as the merchant, not a choice they make per order, and they see the exact amount before confirming either way.
Where does my customer actually see these?
On the order-status page Shopify already sends after checkout. No new login, and nothing of ours for them to install.
Can I turn any of these off?
Yes, individually, store-wide. Turning one off means it stops appearing. That is different from a refusal: a refused row still shows, with its reason.
Is combining two orders one of these thirteen?
No. Order merge is a separate action you take in your Shopify admin, not one your customer sees or does here. See order merge for how it works.

Install it. Every capability works on your first order.

14-day trial, every plan. No setup call required.
