Estimate annual sales activity for any public Shopify store

Public Shopify storefronts publish their product catalog. This estimator paginates that catalog and infers sales activity from catalog signals: total product count, age distribution (when products were added), average variants and images per product, and most recent product addition. Returns a directional revenue band, not a precise number - public data can never expose actual sales figures.

    Read the activity tier: Very high ($10M+), High ($1M-$10M), Medium ($250K-$2M), Low ($50K-$500K), or Dormant (under $50K).

    Read the supporting signals: total product count, products added in the last 30 / 90 / 365 days, average variants and images, most recent product date.

Merchant tips

How to read the result honestly

  • These are wide bands by design. Public data shows what a store SELLS, not what it sold. A store can have a 1,000+ catalog and quiet sales, or a 50-product catalog and seven-figure revenue.

  • Catalog churn (products added in the last 90 days) is the single best signal of sales velocity. Stores with no recent additions are usually inactive even if their catalog looks large.

  • Average images per product is a quality signal - high-image counts (6+) usually indicate active investment in product pages, which correlates with sales velocity.

  • The estimate is most useful for comparison, not absolute. Compare two stores in the same category and the relative ranking is more reliable than the absolute revenue band.
