Your customer is already on the thank you page fixing an address or swapping a size. The order has not been picked yet. That is when they can add one more item to the same box, close a free-shipping gap, or grab something worth adding before it ships.
14-day free trial on every plan. No setup call required.

An upsell that arrives after checkout usually means a second box, a second shipping charge, and a second delivery. Ours does not, because it never leaves the order your customer already placed. If they add something before the box is packed, it ships in the same parcel, on the same label, for the same shipping cost your store already charged. That is not a discount. It is one pick for your warehouse instead of two.
This is not a second app bolted on. It is the same edit window, the same page, and the same parcel your customer is already looking at.When a customer's order sits just under a shipping threshold you have set, we show them exactly what would close the gap, sized to fit, right on the order page they are already looking at.
A progress bar, the exact amount remaining, and two or three products sized to close it.

Some order-editing apps put a free-shipping prompt inside Shopify's own checkout, in the shipping-method box, right before payment. That placement is a Shopify Plus-only capability, and most merchants using this product are not on Plus. We build the version every merchant can use instead: the nudge lives on the order page your customer returns to after they have already bought, inside the same window they use to fix or edit their order.
The framing is different in a way that matters. It is never “spend $15 more to unlock free shipping,” because they already paid for shipping once. It is “add this to the order you already placed, and it ships in the same parcel, at no extra shipping.”
The same order page a customer returns to just to check on shipping is also where the edit tools live. A relevant product sitting there costs nothing extra to show, and nothing extra to ship if they add it.
Merino Socks$18.00, ships with your orderAdd to orderSome apps put an offer inside Shopify checkout itself, or on a separate post-purchase page with its own countdown. Those are different Shopify surfaces with different requirements. We are not building either for the first version. We are building the offer inside the order page every merchant on every plan can use.
In this version, an item added through the order page ships at no extra charge, so there is no payment to confirm. If we ever add a version where the customer pays for the extra item, the same rule the rest of this product follows applies without exception: nothing is charged without an explicit, separate confirmation from the customer, and the decline is always a plain, visible option, never hidden or styled as the wrong choice.
No dark patterns. A customer who does not want the extra item sees a plain “No thanks” next to the offer, not underneath it in small grey text.No. In this version, anything added through the order page ships in the same parcel your customer already paid to send.
No, not in this version. This is built for the order page after purchase, where the box has not been packed yet. A checkout-native version exists on Shopify, but it requires a Shopify Plus plan and is not something this product builds.
Not exactly. Some apps show a separate timed offer screen immediately after checkout. We are not building that surface for the first version. Ours lives inside the order page your customer already uses to fix or check their order.
Yes. Once this ships, you set the rules for which products are shown and when.
