What's in each comparison
Honest verdict
One sentence at the top: which one we think is better and for whom. No padding, no PR copy.
Side-by-side table
Every feature that matters, scored Tacey vs the alternative. We include where they win, not just where we do.
Real pricing
What you actually pay at the volume your store is at. No 'starting at $X' marketing math.
Who it is for
A clear profile of the kind of store each app fits best. Sometimes Tacey is not the right fit, and we say so.
Plans and setup
What each plan costs and what setup asks of you, taken from each app's public App Store listing and dated.
No surprises
If it is a clear call one way, we say so. If it is genuinely close, we say that too.
How we pick which apps to compare
We compare Tacey with Shopify apps whose main job is order editing, order merge, or another change to an order after checkout, such as an address change or a cancellation. If a merchant evaluating Tacey would reasonably also evaluate the other app, it earns a comparison page.
We do not cherry-pick. If the alternative wins on a feature, we list it. If it is cheaper at your volume, we say so. We would rather be accurate than convince you Tacey is the answer to every question.

Common questions
Are these comparisons biased?
We wrote them, and we built Tacey, so treat that as a given. Every fact about another app comes from its public App Store listing or its own website, with the date we read it, and where it wins, the page says so.
Why is a competitor I use missing here?
We have not written it yet. Email us and tell us which one, and we will prioritise it.
Do you keep these up to date?
We recheck a comparison when a competitor changes its published pricing or plans in a way that affects the numbers on this page.
Should I just install Tacey and skip the comparison?
If you want to, yes, there is a 14-day trial on every plan. The comparison is here to help you decide, not to gate the install.
Skip the comparison and just try Tacey free for 14 days.
