Your warehouse lane starts when the edit lane ends.

There is no way to stop a fulfillment system from picking an order the moment it is ready, so we do not try. The order is simply not marked ready until editing is over. No integration for your fulfillment team to install, and no new software in the warehouse.

This is the mechanism, and it is the reason a customer can change an order with two minutes left and nothing ships wrong.
