How we count your orders

Your month starts when you subscribed, not on the 1st. It rolls forward on its own.

WHEN YOUR MONTH STARTSThe second you subscribedIf you started at 11:14 on the 24th, your count resets at 11:14 on the 24th of the next month, and every month after that.
WHAT HAPPENS ON ANNUALYou still get your full monthly countPaying for a year does not mean 750 orders for the year. It means 750 a month, twelve times.
WHAT COUNTS AS AN ORDEREach order once, and only onceA retried webhook, a duplicate delivery, or the same order arriving twice does not cost you a second order.

Is there a free plan?
No. Every plan has a 14-day free trial instead, and you are not asked for anything to start it that Shopify has not already got.
What happens when I go over my order count?
Address checking pauses and we tell you well before it does. Your orders and your customers' edits carry on as normal.
Do I get fewer features on the cheapest plan?
No. Starter is the same product as High Volume. The only difference is how many orders a month you can send through it.
How do you count a month?
From the moment you subscribed, rolling forward, not from the 1st. Annual plans get the same monthly count, not a yearly one.
Can I change plans?
Yes, through Shopify's own billing. An upgrade applies as soon as Shopify confirms it, and your new count applies from that moment.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Your record stays available while the app is installed. After you uninstall, Shopify tells us to erase your data and we do.
