A store with no orders yet was being shown sample rows on the Orders page that were never real orders. It now shows a plain, clearly labelled empty state until you have real orders to see.

11 updatesThe first thing you see after installing Tacey is now a proper introduction, 2-minute video, step-by-step explanation, and a tour of the 24+ tools. Pricing moved to the final step.
Conservative, Balanced, and Aggressive sensitivity are now available to every Tacey merchant, Scout included. Sensitivity is a preference, not a tier.
Hold, release, dismiss, evaluate, approve, or contact 50+ orders at once with a live progress bar. Leave the page, Tacey keeps working.
Decision Replay now actually re-runs a past order through Tacey's current decision engine, fresh confidence + reasoning, side-by-side against the original.
Type what you want, 'hold high-value first orders', 'flag PO box addresses', 'auto-pass repeat customers', and Tacey ranks the closest templates from your library.
When you open a flagged order, a new 'Show similar' panel surfaces the three most similar escalations from your last 90 days.
Two more Toolkit cards picked up Settings tabs, tune thresholds for content quality and decide how partial AVS matches should be surfaced.
Order Watch and the Escalation Queue now show Shopify's live fulfillment status (Fulfilled, Partially fulfilled, On hold, etc.) right next to Tacey's decision badge.
Every Event Explorer settings row now spells out exactly what changed, with units. New 'Who' column shows which member of your team made the change.
Quietly shipped the foundation for richer in-app analytics, faster diagnosis, and real-time alerting on slow AI inference.
Tacey is now publicly listed at apps.shopify.com/tacey. Anyone can install it from a search.

3 updatesWhen you change Tacey's display language, marketing emails from us automatically switch to match, instantly, no waiting for the next page load.
Replies to address-fix emails now reliably reach you, the merchant, never our support team by mistake.
A new Intel Hub takes Tacey beyond order validation into customer-level insights: spend tiers (RFM), cohort analysis, win-back segments, marketing consent reports, and more.
