Ask Claude or ChatGPT to prepare a payment request, and press Send yourself

You can ask Claude or ChatGPT to get an email ready that asks a customer to pay what they owe on an order. The assistant only prepares it and says that nothing was sent and no money moved. On the order in Tacey you press Send the payment request, and Tacey checks the balance and Shopify's payment link again at that moment before it emails the customer once. The customer pays on Shopify's own payment page, and no card is charged. Tacey sends nothing when the order owes nothing, was placed by another app, is cancelled, has no payment link or customer email, was already asked in the last 24 hours, or is still inside the time your store gives the customer to pay. It is off until you switch it on in Integrations.
