Approve a held refund from Claude or ChatGPT

You can approve a refund that Tacey is holding for you straight from Claude or ChatGPT. The assistant tells you the amount Shopify shows and where the money goes, you type that exact amount back, and Tacey sends it through the same Approve as its own screen. It is off until you switch on a master money switch and the action itself, and you set a spending limit when you connect the assistant. A connection older than 24 hours cannot approve. Order changes records that the assistant approved it, for example approved by Claude in the chat, and you get a bell notice each time an assistant moves money.
