Approve refund sends exactly the amount on your screen

When you approve a refund Tacey is holding, it now compares the amount on your screen with what Shopify shows at that moment. If the balance changed after the page loaded, nothing is refunded and Tacey shows you the new amount to approve. A refund you already sent by hand in Shopify no longer moves any more money, and a refund that includes shipping or import duties goes out in the parts the panel shows, recorded once in Order changes.
