Your customer's order page keeps loading on a slow connection

When a customer opens their order status page on a slow phone or a weak connection, Tacey's editing tools now keep waiting for Tacey's answer and then appear, instead of reporting that they could not load while the answer was still on its way. If the tools still have not loaded after a longer wait, the customer sees a card with a Try again button. When a customer reviews an added item, the Review the amount button and the confirm buttons now show that they are working, and pressing a confirm button twice does not send the change twice.
