What it will do. In cases, not features.

A message in the channel your team already watches when a refund or an order needs a person.

A refund is waiting for your approvalA customer changed an order and the refund is held until you approve it. The message names the order and the amount and links to the order in Tacey, where you approve.

A refund could not be sentAn approval failed, so a customer is still owed money. The message says so in plain words and links to the order.

A payment did not arriveA customer never paid for their edit, or a payment Tacey was holding could not be collected. The message says which, with the order and the amount.

An order is stuck on holdTacey places a hold on an order and could not release it. Tacey does not retry that on its own, so the order will not ship until you release it.

What this is not.

A scope you can trust is more useful than a feature list you cannot. These are the things people reasonably assume and that are not true.

Not available yet. Tacey does not send anything to Slack today.
Not where the change is made. A message points you at the order in Tacey, and the plan is that any approval is made there.
Not a message to your customers. It would go to your team's channel, not to shoppers.
