Customers read every message in their own language

Refusals, notices such as a PO box warning, the "Make changes to your order" heading and the message shown when the editing time is over now reach customers in their own language on both the thank-you and order status pages. Messages also speak to the customer directly, and every refusal says what they can do next instead of "contact the store".
