Order notes and gift messages, including your own order fields

The Order notes & gift messages tool lets customers add or change a note and a gift message on their order. It can also show customers fields your store already keeps on orders, such as a delivery date or a monogram, and let them edit the ones you choose. You can word the gift message box yourself. On a cancelled or combined order, the tool gives the same reason as every other option instead of saying time has run out.
