Tool settings save and read the way you expect

Several settings pages are fixed: order total rules for recommendations can now be set, discount picks and product lists save reliably, prices show in your store's currency, and order tags are picked from your store's own tags instead of typed. Picking locations, collections, tags or discounts is now the same searchable picker everywhere in the app.
