Customers correct an address, swap a size, change a quantity, add a product, or cancel from the order page Shopify already sent them, inside the window you set. Merchants can combine two paid orders into one before it ships, with no refund and no second charge. Every address is checked the moment the order lands, every edit is written to a record with what it cost and who asked for it, and your warehouse waits for the window to close before it picks the order.
