Tacey is a Shopify app for order editing, address validation, a free gift and recommended products on the thank you and order status pages, and merging duplicate orders. Customers correct an address, swap a size, change a quantity, add a product, or cancel from the order page Shopify already sent them, inside the window you set. Merchants can combine two paid orders into one before it ships, with no second charge and no refund for its items. Every address is checked the moment the order lands, and every edit is written to a record with what it cost and who asked for it. Available on the Shopify App Store.
